DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 2026 Patient Safety & Risk Management Conference! \nWe are grateful for this opportunity to interact with our valued clients in an in-person setting. Copic understands the various pressures healthcare professionals face\, particularly over the past several years. We aim to provide you with vital and timely educational material that assists you in your daily work. We appreciate and recognize your effort and dedication to the delivery of safe\, high-quality patient care. \nCopic is pleased to offer this conference at no cost to attendees\, making it accessible to as many of our clients as possible. (Please note\, this conference is only open to current Copic insureds.) The conference includes all sessions; Monday breakfast\, lunch and dinner; Tuesday breakfast and lunch; and conference hotel rooms for Sunday and Monday. (There are also limited hotel rooms available for Tuesday night for those who require travel on Wednesday). \nThis conference will be hosted in person; there is no virtual option. \nThe Copic Annual Conference offers a casual yet professional educational environment. We recommend business casual attire. Please note that the venue is climate-controlled\, so dressing in layers is advised for comfort throughout the day.   \nApril 27-28\, 2026\nOmni Interlocken\nBroomfield\, CO \nHotel Reservations: Click here to make your reservation online or by phone.\nCopic has secured a block of rooms for attendees. To guarantee a room for this event\, reservations must be made prior to March 27\, 2026. A credit card must be provided at check-in for ancillary charges. Copic will cover the cost of room and tax only. You will be responsible for any additional charges including early or late checkout\, or any additional prioritizations to your stay. If your plans change and you do not cancel your reservation\, per the hotel’s cancellation policy\, your credit card will be charged. \n*When reserving your hotel room\, no charges are placed upon making the reservation. The credit card is to hold the reservation only. Upon checking in the hotel front desk will authorize the card provided for all room/tax for incidentals only. This is an authorization and NOT a charge. Following the conference\, authorizations are released roughly 3-7 days business days after checking out.
