Copic is proud to be coming to Omaha for a half-day symposium that will dive into a variety of risk management topics. Our physician risk managers, patient safety risk managers, and other Copic team members will lead an interactive discussion on common and emerging high-risk scenarios and present illustrative cases based on actual medical liability lawsuits from Copic's files.
Whether you're a practitioner or a practice manager, our goal is to keep you informed of critical risk areas, and reduce your chance of being named in a lawsuit. We offer insight to enhance patient safety, and create a forum for providers to discuss challenges they are facing.

In order to reach as many of our clients as possible, it is our pleasure to present this conference at no cost to attendees. (Please note, this conference is only open to current Copic-insureds.) The conference includes all sessions; Monday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Tuesday breakfast, lunch, and reception; Wednesday breakfast; and conference hotel rooms for Sunday through Tuesday evenings.
Transportation to and from the conference, meals not listed as part of the agenda, and additional nights at the conference hotel are at your own expense.

Make your reservation now! Copic has secured a block of rooms for attendees whose facility is more than 40 miles from the Inverness Hotel. In order to guarantee a room for this event, reservations must be made prior to September 20, 2024. A credit card must be provided at check-in for ancillary charges. If you make a room reservation, check in at the Inverness, and attend the conference as planned, Copic will pay for the room and your credit card will not be charged. If your plans change and you do not cancel your reservation, per the hotel’s cancellation policy, your credit card will be charged.

*When reserving your hotel room, no charges are placed upon making the reservation. The credit card is to hold the reservation only. Upon checking in the hotel front desk will authorize the card provided for all room/tax and $50 per night for incidentals only. This is an authorization and NOT a charge. Following the conference authorizations are released roughly 3-7 days business days after checking out. As a note, debit cards are not a recommended method of payment as funds are withheld and will not be accessible.
