Customer Portal: Policy Info, Pay Your Bill, Generate Certificates, and More

As part of Copic's new website, we have launched a Customer Portal (formerly called Service Center) that has an updated look and offers secure access to many self-service features. It can be easily accessed through the Customer Portal login button on the top right corner of the website.

PLEASE NOTE: As part of the new website launch, all customers will need to update their login information (emails have been sent to all active users to make this update). After clicking on the button, you’ll sign into the portal and navigate to the appropriate location, where you can perform the following tasks:

  • View policy information and coverage details such as policy number, type of policy, contact information for your underwriter, policy term, retro date, and limits of liability
  • Pay your bill, set up alerts, see an activity summary, and review past statements
  • Check your Copic Points balance or view education activity
  • Generate a certificate
  • Generate a loss run
  • Initiate an incident report
